Parcel pickup from the DPD Pickup network (at parcelshops and lockers)

A DPD courier will deliver your parcel to your home, office or any other address you selected.

Collect you parcel with ordered goods at a time of your convenience at a chosen DPD Pickup parcelshop or locker.

Within Lithuania, the courier will deliver your goods in XX days. (here the e-shop should indicate the time of the delivery of goods ordered by their customers)

Parcels are delivered to DPD Pickup parcelshops and lockers in XX days. (here the e-shop should indicate the time of the delivery of goods ordered by their customers)

Select a timeframe for the delivery of your goods in the largest Lithuanian cities: 8:0014:00, 14:0018:00,

18:00–22:00 on business days.

 

In other locations of Lithuania parcels are delivered

8:00–16:00 on business days.

DPD Pickup lockers work 24/7.

 

Individual DPD Pickup parcelshops may have different working hours, therefore please check before coming to collect your parcel.

You will receive an SMS or e-mail with a notification on estimated time of delivery and parcel number.

When your parcel has been delivered to the DPD Pickup parcelshop or locekrs, you will be notified about that by SMS and/or e-mail.

You can collect your goods from the DPD Pickup parcelshop or locker within 7 calendar days. If ordered goods are not collected during this period, they will be returned to the seller.

You can pay for your online-ordered goods on delivery by card or cash (please have accurate amount no change).

You can pay for your online-ordered goods by card when collecting the goods at the DPD Pickup locker.

 

At the time of delivery you will have to show your personal identity document to the courier, if requested.

When collecting your parcel at a DPD Pickup parcelshop, you will have to type the PIN code received by SMS or show your personal identity document.

 

When collecting your parcel at a DPD Pickup

locker, you will have to type the PIN codes received by SMS.

Delivery to Kuršių Nerija costs an additional 25 EUR.

If at the time of delivery you notice any package damage, please immediately notify the courier who delivered the parcel and fill out a package damage statement.

 

If ordered goods are accepted and a delivery document is signed without any comments, the parcel is considered to be delivered appropriately.

In case you notice any package damage at the time of delivery:

 

      Together with the Pickup parcelshop staff fill out a package damage statement.

If your ordered parcel is heavier than 31.5 kg, you will have to help the courier to unload it from the vehicle. Upon your request, DPD Lithuania couriers can also deliver parcels to the largest Lithuanian cities (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Utena, Telšiai, Tauragė, Alytus, Marijampolė) on Saturdays. Price: EUR XX. (here the e-shop should indicate its fee)
